Malabrigo sock yarn is soft, gorgeous, and washable. This soft Merino yarn is produced in Uruguay by a small family-owned company along with a women's cooperative. The skeins are kettle dyed to create rich, deep colors with subtle shadings. One skein makes a pair of average-sized adult socks.  Suitable for socks, shawls, scarves and lace projects.
